Of cause Halinksni and GPM not buy in my city in offline models shops (but and plastic too)
About 10 years I'm buy through internet shops cardarmy.ru, navarin.ru, www.card-model.ru.
Last years - directly from Poland- http://sklep.orlik-models.pl, gpm.pl.
Good service and friendly managers.
Pay by paypal - and get models very quickly!

In Soviet Union Maly Modelarz was very popular! MM sell in every newsstand. My father buy and subscribe me in 1970-1990...
Now some old school modeller like me still like paper models.
